Cannot send sms

I cannot send sms by the sandbox account. The status of the message is "SendingFailed".

I also try using the production account to send SMS. It successfully.

Is there an issue with the sandbox account? Please advise. Thanks

    Can you send text message to that number? And what is your sandbox main company number?
