My team uses ring central to deliver service and support for an enterprise application. When we have an outage, I'd like for a way to quickly add a new prompt in the IVR and send them to a pre-recorded message, let them leave a voicemail, and send the visual voicemail to an inbox. Any theories on how I could implement this in my system?

The key detail for me is that I'd like to do this without manually reconfiguring everything. I'm thinking of using the API to automate the configuration changes necessary.
