I can see that a message status is set as "delivered" but for some reason the recipient doesn't ever get the text. We've done internal testing with employees here, and most seem to get the SMS, but our CEO never gets the SMS despite the status saying "delivered." Any ideas?

This kind of query may not get accurate answers here because these are individual cases which needs investigation on account level or network level.
