Dev support said the App has moved to production from sandbox. But when i login and see, it is still in sandbox

RC Dev support said the App has moved to production from sandbox. But when i login and see, it is still in sandbox. So Unable to get clientID and secret of the production move to test SSO

Could you able to provide a screenshots of your app here to check if there is any issue?

Also have you check the credential tab on the left for client id and secret?
