If you could log in with an empty extension number (w/o extension number), it meant that the username (the phone number) is not the main company number. You can double check if the username and password you use are valid by login into your service web at https://service.ringcentral.com. If you log in as a super admin user, you can check your account users' settings.
The username and password you use to login the service web will be the username and password you login your app.
Hi, you cannot send a text from toll free number.
Usually, main number in your account is a toll free number and results in this issue when switching to production from sandbox..
Use any other number from your account.
