There is no current presence event that is generated when an agent (or admin) changes their presence status with a specific queue.
For example: An agent is a member of 3 queues but chooses to not accept queue calls from 1 queue.
No event is generated to indicate the new status for that queue. However, if agents change their presence for all 3 queues, we do get a notifications.
Is there a plan to add this important event for individual queues?

Right now, we don't have call queue presence event notification to catch such an event on a call queue. We have a feature request for it and I will bring it back to discussion and push for the implementation.
