In the call logs API, we are getting the extension id, but not the extension number. Although, when the logs are retrieved from the console, the extension number is populated there. Whereas, while calling the AP for call logs, the extension number is not there and just the extension ID.


Can you please guide me regarding the same?

Can you pick an example and high light the exact field.

The extension number under the "from" and the "to" object may not present if the call is dialed to a direct number.
