Forward Calls to Answering Service during normal business hours when no queue members answers

I didn't try this, but here is an idea:
- Make a virtual extension and set it to forward to the answering service
- Make a new call queue with a single member being that extension
- Enable queue overflow from your call queue to this new call queue.
