It marked API endpoints for user groups as deprecated. I want to get the list of members in a user group by the API.
Is there an alternative endpoint to this? Or is there any other way I can get the groups of the users by API?

To be honest, I don't see any replacement for that API. So even the API is marked deprecated, it will not be removed until we publish a new API for getting members.
