I tried to open the app gallery from:

https://service.devtest.ringcentral.com/application/admin/tools/activityLog

And it took me to the link above that doesn't work

Thank you for reporting this. That link is a mistake. It should take you to the app gallery instead. I reported the problem and it will be fixed soon.
