Hi, my app passed the application process for production but the credeantials are not accepted although the sandbox credentilas were accepted. The name of my app Sandy RingCentral. I opened a ticket but still waiting.
First of all, avoid providing sensitive information such as your production phone number in public forum.
Secondly, make sure you change the client id, client secret of the production app in your code, and the server url must be https://platform.ringcentral.com.
