Historical call log retrieval via API

I am trying to retrieve call logs prior to a year and as per the link below which explains the retention policies. I see that its for 1 year. Does RC have an "archived" API link to retrieve call logs prior to 1 year as a one time basis or are they permanently deleted from RC server with absolutely no retrieval possibility?
