I need to transfer numbers and phones from one user to a new one. But I did not find a way to do this using the API.
I do not see the API for changing DirectNumbers, and when I try to move the phone to another extension, I get the error:
"Feature [Hot desk DL] is not available for current service plan."
Can this be done using the API?

If you are a RingCentral customer, you may want to submit a support ticket for further support. We may have some internal API to do that.
