We have installed and configured Ring Central for Canvas add-in, we can add Ring Central meetings and they display in the Canvas MyMeetings tab for a Course, but they do not appear in the Calendar view (which is across all courses). The Zoom integration does appear in both the Calendar and MyMeetings views.
Is there something that has to be done to get the Ring Central Meetings to appear in a student's Calendar? Thanks, John Burns
