Can someone provide the step by step to merge phone calls within RingCentral for Salesforce? I did not find the instructions within the most recent user manual that I have.

If you're using the Browser as your calling option within CTI, unfortunately, there isn't a merge option available. However, if you opt to use the RingCentral app instead, merging calls is possible. Simply head to the Settings tab, select Calling, and then RC App to make the switch.


I've also received word from the Integrations Team that Conference calling, which includes merging calls, will be made available in the RingCentral Salesforce sometime in Q4.
