Currently, I am setting up the scheduled job that is using the API: https://platform.devtest.ringcentral.com/restapi/v1.0/account/accountId/extension/extensionId/message-store to get messages and sync them to my system but it is inconvenient. I need a method that can sync the SMS immediately whenever the message is sent to the Ringcentral number. Is there any method that can do it, such as webhook? Please advise.

You can take advantage of the instant message webhook/ notification to be notified whenever there is a new inbound SMS message.
