Hi, does anyone have any guidance on how to setup our Ringcentral as our recorder for HVS's Einstein Conversation Insights? We're unable to see the call record function on the dailer or see Ringcetral in the HVS setup

This is supported yet. I contacted Ringcentral 2 years ago and they said it would be in 6 months from that time......I would love an update as to this feature.
