Hello. We have an app which is for copying calls between RingCentral and our RedBox call archiving server. Each day we notice that there are errors on the analytics part of the dashboard. Is there any way of finding out exactly what these errors represent?

How do you copy calls? Do you mean call records? From where to where? I have no idea what is your RedBox call archiving server. You wrote "errors on the analytics part of the dashboard", I have no idea what is that dashboard and how does it look like.

Thanks for the reply

The app sends our call records over to our RedBox call recorder server (we used to use this to record all telephone calls before we migrated to BT ring central).

Calls all seem to be present and correct in RedBox but we are still getting errors reported on the app (see below). Just wondered if there was a way of checking what is causing the errors?
