Hi,

We are facing issues with Incoming faxes on RingCentral (RC).

We are able to view the list of incoming faxes, and receive an email to our inbox indicating the same. RC is hitting to the webhook to inform our code that a fax has come in.

However, when our code tries to retrieve the fax message and attachment data using the information sent in the webhook, it returns empty.

Please let us know how to resolve this issue. We have been facing this issue since 2020-08-20 00:00:00.000 UTC.
