Several of my staff including myself are receiving the following error when attempting to log into RingCentral via the web.

{"error":{"code":"invalid_token","invalid_token":true,"validation":true,"http_status_code":401}}

Looking at the knowledge base I see similar results for Outlook links but this is any time that we attempt to log in. We are also having issues with not getting an email when requesting a 2fa access code.

What can we do to troubleshoot this issue?
