Is it possible to deflect a call through the API?
I am afraid not, you cannot make a call (except ring out) and receive calls using the ringcentral-js. So deflect a call is also impossible.
However there is the web phone sdk: https://github.com/ringcentral/ringcentral-web-phone A web browser is needed if you want to use it, not sure if it's a deal-breaker.
