I'm getting a 403 with an error response of "error code: 1010" when trying to refresh an access token through the API. Is the site down? Am I doing something wrong?

I'm having a similar problem. I can get authenticated and receive a token, but get 403 forbidden trying to retrieve active-calls list. My application has not been changed and this just started happening this morning.


Yes, it seems we had an incident yesterday that impacted parts of RC users but it was fixed.
