We can see there is a rate limit for each RingCentral API and we sometimes get rate limit exceeded issues with http 429.

Are there any details of this rate limit per API I can find? Cannot able to find much details.

What are the options we can configure the rate limit as per our requirement? We actually need to set the rate limit of the APIs as per our requirement.

There is a different classification of Rate limit plan per API which is grouped into "Heavy", "Medium", "Light" and "Auth" you can find in your developer portal

Currently, there is no option you can modify the given rate limits.

You need to send your request to the developer support team on a help ticket and ask them to help modify the limit based on your business requirement.
