Need Edit account permission for my app

My app name is HelaJob
Also why is this permission available like other permissions ???

EditAccounts permission is advance permission that can be only provided by the Developer Platform Support team.

Please submit a support ticket and request them for the same.

Also provide your client id of your app name in the mail that will help them to find your app.

( remember: only client id not any password)
