Not Able to send SMS

I am not able to send SMS from this number:- +13238158892
I am using this doc :- https://developers.ringcentral.com/guide/messaging/sms/sending-sms
I not able to get the features "SmsSender" in response
Why this happen please give me some direction

Because the number was not provisioned for SMS. It is SMS enabled now. Please retest.

I have the exact same problem as this. However, I show that I have SMS is enabled and provisioned but in my response I still only get CallerId in the features array. @Phong Vu can you please come to my rescue as well?
