Outgoing Call issue on desk phone

I have a new account, and have manually provisioned mu Grandstream GRP2612w. I can receive incoming calls but can not make outgoing calls or calls to mobiles. Does anyone know what settings I should check that might be causing this? (and what should I put in the field to correct this)
