Hi, I'm new to RingCentral. We're going to use Zapier to push call logs into Zoho, but we found that the duration always be 0 despite of the call actuaslly lasts for 4 minutes. The 'call log' in ringcentral app is right (4 mins), which is why I found it strange that the duration is always 0. Any thoughts on what happened and what to do?
