For the past few days, 'new call' tickets are no longer popping up in Zendesk when a new Ringcentral call comes in. We heard from the Support team that this could be related to the last release (9.1) and some bugs RC has been experiencing. Can anyone help us resolve? We've tried rolling back to the previous RC version, restarting computers, restarting Chrome, logging out/back in, etc. and nothing is working.
