Hello,

I am a web developer experiencing bizarre behavior with the ring central phone app. I utilize the Ring Central Ring Out API's to make outbound calls in such a way that I receive a call on my phone app and then the outbound call is placed. However once the call is initiated and I receive a call on my ring central phone app and then am prompted to click 1. Within less than a second afterward the call just disconnects. This is the first time I have experienced this kind of behavior. Any help is appreciated.

How long have you been using/testing calls on sandbox? Could it be that you ran out of free call credits? What is your sandbox account main company number?
