I manage a home service business and want to be able to track and report the closing rate of my office staff that answers the phone. The ring central call log has great information but I envision another column that would have a drop down list of call result options such as closed, estimate, telemarketer, estimate but follow up, wrong #, etc Then I would like to be able to filter by user and date and receive what percentage of calls fall into each category. Is there anyway this is possible or has anyone else created something similar? I really appreciate any ideas or suggestions. Thank you. - Alan
