Post/Comments awaiting moderation

I've added a couple of posts/comment in the developer forum and after almost a week I still seeing the following message

This post is currently awaiting moderation. If you believe this to be in error, contact a system administrator.

and the post is not public available when we navigate on the site. I did not have any issue in the past...
