Does Ringcentral have an API that allows real time reporting of calls in progress? We would like to keep track of our calls to keep track of new clients. Similar to a CRM, if a client calls that a pop up window open and we could see prior notes, if it is a new client that we can move it in a separate call log to follow up.

Does something like this or similar exist?
