RING CENTRAL'S FAILURE TO BLOCK SPAM CALLS AND FAXES

I plan to look for another service provider that will address the ongoing problem of spam calls and faxes. Businesses expect the phone service should have measures in place to block spam call and faxes. Comcast use a DO NOT CALL FEATURE TO BLOCK SPAM CALLS. I strongly suggest the Ring Central take the complaints of its customers and address this problem. Why do you have a community post, if you don't intend to listen to your customers. Ignoring customer's complaints guarantees that you will eventually lose them.
