Ring Central Widgets - PubNub

Hi we are using RingCentral widgets to build the customized SMS chat application. I see that application using pubnub for notifications. When I read about pubnub, looks like its paid version when we have many users. Is this something we have to do or handled by Ringcentral already? Please confirm.
