Hello. I've created a notification in my company's IVR system that will alert a set group of employees of API failure return code 100. When this happens, we are required to investigate. These emails are being sent almost every minute.
How can I create a limit to have the IVR check if these notifications were sent in the last 10 minutes? If they were already sent, do not send another notification? If they were not sent in the last 10 minutes, send another notification. Thanks
