@Phong Vu We need the SMS feature of our sandbox numbers enabled for testing and after testing same number we have to convert into prod. Our sandbox main phone number is: +16502572459

SMS enabled. Please try again. Remember that this is the main company number and the SMS feature assignment is set from the auto-receptionist general settings. I guess that it is currently assigned to the only user who is the super admin (101) in your sandbox.
