The current version of the form will need to be edited with PDF reader/ editor. Chrome, Safari, Preview, Adobe Acrobat, and other tools should allow you to edit the form, save it, and then it can be uploaded via the embedded secure Box link.

Please note you only need to submit the PDF form if you signed up after Dec 1st, if you are adding new numbers that need SMS, if you have an active SMS support case, or if your rep has informed you that you need to register.

Otherwise, you will be able to register through the RingCentral Admin Portal using your browser starting February 10, 2023. If you don't fit the criteria above, as long as you register by March 31, 2023 you should be good to go.
