Is it possible to get a speaker timeline for calls recorded on Ringcentral using API? Or even get recording for each speaker on separate channels

Unfortunately, that metadata is not supported.
If this is critical for your use case, you can download call recordings and use a 3rd party speech-to-text service to transcribe the recording and get other metadata such as speaker ids and timelines etc.
You can also send a request to access RingCentral AI API and you can use the /speech-to-text or the /analyze-interaction API to transcribe call recordings and grab the metadata.
