RC doesn't seem to have a system for assigning and tracking SMS messaging in a team environment. Frontapp.com offers something like this that works with Twillo and it's very effective. Does anyone know if there's anything like this that works with Ringcentral?


If this doesn't exist in some form what would a non-developer such as myself do to try and get this created? I would like to look at hiring someone to develop an integration between Ringcentral and Frontapp if possible.

RingCentral doesn't have something like this out of the box. Since FrontApp supports 8 channels + custom out of the box, it may be useful to reach out and ask FrontApp to build this.
