Testing Adaptive cards in Dev sandbox

Hi,

I am trying the basic Adaptive cards(Without interaction) in our Dev Sandbox following https://developers.ringcentral.com/guide/team-messaging/posting/cards

When we call the REST Api('/restapi/v1.0/glip/chats/'+group+'/adaptive-cards ) to post the adaptive card we received the following error .

}

Is there anything we need to enable for posting Adaptive cards in Dev Sandbox ?

If it is need to be enabled for ourDev Sandbox please do the needful.
