Hi,

When looking at the detailed view, i see that under the legs segment, the To and From segment are contradicting. The name associated with the numbers is different for the same id data pull. Maybe I am not understanding this, but why are the datapoint different. Is there a document/link you can share that explains the detailed view.

And in the legs segment , (1) the number in the from and to are different and (2), the number starting with 347 is associated with individual starting with name EV , but on the above screenshot, the same number is associated with individual starting with name MAG

Can you help clear this confusion please ?

See the direction "Inbound" vs. "Outbound". Call legs can be very complicated and vary from different types of calls.
