Transfer call from a twilio dial verb to a ringcentral queue

We have numbers that are handled by a IVR on twilio - we are adding a "Press 9 to talk to customer service" which should dialout to ring central.

We can do using a phone number - how can this be done using SIP?

I don't think that you can route an active call from outside to a RingCentral device. But if you want to make a new call from the customer (who pressed 9) to a RingCentral number, then you can use the ring-out API to make a new call.
