Voicemail Envelope Information

When listening to a voicemail, it starts by giving you voicemail envelope (date/time the message was received and the phone number of the caller). It is not giving me the phone number of the caller who left the voicemail like it should and instead saying the name of the name of the voicemail box it was left on. There is also no other way to play the envelope information.
