Today I'm not receiving webhooks notifications about account presence on Sandbox enviroment.

How can I know if the service is working properly?. I receive the subscription status "Active" when calling https://platform.devtest.ringcentral.com/restapi/v1.0/subscription

It is the first time that I have this troubleshoot. I have tried to create new credentials but the problem persist.

If I subscribe to /restapi/v1.0/account/{accountId}/extension/{extensionId}/presence/dnd
I do receive the webhooks events of DND.

But I want to subscribe to all presence events of all account extensions

What is the exact event that does not work? How many user do you have in your sandbox account?

It seems to be working today with 

  1. /restapi/v1.0/account/{accountId}/presence

I really don't know what may be the cause this trouble yesterday.
