We are evaluating ringCentral apis and our team started testing these.
Can someone point me out what is the actual delivery time it takes to send a fax using ringCentral fax api?
We often get delay (45 mins to an hour sometimes) in receiving fax on other end which cause issues.
What can be the issue? If this happens then there can be some issues with fax api ringCentral offers. Is that the case?
It usually takes few mins, but there can be many reasons for this like network issues on bandwidth and traffic, number of recipients, size of attached files, server outage etc.
