I'm sysadmin for datainterconnect (who are a customer)



I can't access this website or the main dev portal using my RingCentral account.



I've been through the RingCentral support team and they say this is an issue for you guys.



My login is 01367 245777#239 (matthewc@datainterconnect.co.uk). Could someone please look into this?

Is the email provided above the main account email address? I cannot find any account associated with that email nor with the username (phone number) you provided above.


Can you confirm these

1/ The main email address of the account

2/ Or, the main company number

3/ Could you login to the RingCentral developer portal earlier?


You can provide the information by sending a help ticket so your account information won't be seen in public.
