I have applied my public application from the test developer account. It has been two days, and the status of the application is still 'In Review'.
Why does it take for so long? As I remember, it should take 1 working day to verify such an application.

It sometimes happens as they get a lot of requests for pushing the app to production.
You can send your request on a help ticket and ask them to review your request. Do put the client id of your application in the mail.
(Don't put client secret or any password.. only put client id of application)
