Our company uses a blend of MVP and ringCX. Our inbound calls get routed through MVP into ringCX. Currently all of our agents are not setup to allow Off-Hook Calls. To use api generated calls agents must be set up to allow Off-Hook calls. Will this affect our inbound qeueu's? If so, how?
