Error Code WAP-100 "Authentication cookie is not presented in request!",Error Code: WAP-100 "Authentication cookie is not presented in request!"

i was trying to download a recorded voice mail using the desktop app and every time i do so a webpage open and display the mentioned error

i have already tried clearing the cache and cookies , restarting the device. update the browser

What site did you try to open/login that gave you such an error? It's impossible to help or even to guess what do you.
