I am looking at this section of the Embeddable Widget "Third Party Service in Widget" documentation. It implies that contact lists should always be synced down to LocalStorage by the widget and documents a /contacts endpoint to do so.

However in our system some customers have over a million person records, and several hundred users. So downloading all of those contacts is counter-productive. Is there a way to avoid the need to download the complete set of contacts ahead of needing them? Ideally the Widget would fetch the set of Contacts it needs when they are needed.
